A legal disclaimer
By scheduling service, signing an estimate, approving a repair, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Hasty Enterprises. These terms apply to all installations, repairs, maintenance services, and equipment provided by the company.
All estimates provided by Hasty Enterprises are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Prices may change if:

Additional problems are discovered during service

Parts or materials are required beyond the original estimate

Code upgrades or safety corrections are necessary
Customers will be notified before additional work is performed whenever possible.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Cash
-
Check
-
Credit or Debit Card
-
Approved Financing (if available)
Late payments may be subject to:

Service fees
-
Interest charges
-
Collection actions if unpaid balances remain.
For system replacements or large installations, Hasty Enterprises may require a deposit prior to ordering equipment or beginning work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.
Deposits may be non-refundable once equipment has been ordered.
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the equipment and work area.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by:

Restricted access

Unsafe working conditions

Customer rescheduling
-
Weather or supply chain issues.
Hasty Enterprises provides manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts when applicable.
Labor warranties, if offered, will be specified on the invoice or installation agreement.
Warranty does not cover:

Damage from misuse
-
Lack of maintenance
-
Electrical issues outside the HVAC system
-
Acts of nature or power surges.

Customers are responsible for proper maintenance including:

Changing air filters regularly
-
Maintaining clean airflow and ventilation
-
Keeping equipment accessible and unobstructed
-
Failure to maintain equipment may void certain warranties.
Hasty Enterprises is not responsible for damages resulting from:

Pre-existing structural issues
-
Mold, mildew, or moisture conditions
-
Electrical or plumbing systems not serviced by our technicians
-
Improper previous installations by other contractors.
When applicable, permits may be required for installation work.
Permit costs may or may not be included in the estimate and will be clarified before installation begins.
All work will be performed according to applicable building codes when permits are pulled.
Customers who cancel scheduled installations after equipment has been ordered may be subject to cancellation fees.
Service call cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Hasty Enterprises operates. Hasty Enterprises reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions may be posted on invoices, agreements, or the company website. By approving service, signing an estimate, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
